JOHANNESBURG - 'I want them to clear my name'
This is the plea to police by Justice Moshoeshoe from Wepener in Free State whose life was turned upside down after he was wrongfully arrested and linked to the kidnapping of 19-year-old Kamogelo Baukudi.

Five people were arrested on Friday when Baukudi was recovered have been released, one of them is Moshoeshoe.
He says he assisted Baukudi when he turned up outside his house in Wepener in the southern Free State on Friday.
But Moshoeshoe and his friends found themselves behind bars.
He insisted that he assisted Baukudi when he turned up outside his house in Wepener in the southern Free State on Friday.
Moshoeshoe says this arrest has tarnished his name within the community.
"Community does not trust me, and I have a hair salon business. No one here will ever trust me with their children again to do their hair," he said.
Police say investigations into Baukudi's kidnapping are still ongoing, and more arrests may follow.
They are still looking for the kidnappers, and confirm the five released suspects are not linked to the matter.
