JOHANNESBURG - March and March is slamming civil society organisations like the Socio-Economic Rights Institute.
It says they are part of the problem of hijacked buildings.

The group also says government only responds when there is a tragedy.
This comes as the DJ Warras murder sparks a debate around hijacked buildings in the Johannesburg CBD.
"It seems typical of government when something serious happens then all resources are rushed there. Only after people are killed then there’re attention given."
