JOHANNESBURG - Deputy President Paul Mashatile will lead the official commemoration of World AIDS Day in Ga-Masemola, Limpopo.
He'll address the gathering in his capacity as chairperson of the South African National AIDS Council.
This year, government is working to close gaps in HIV prevention and treatment.
It's also on a mission to secure long-term investment in HIV programmes after US President Donald Trump’s ill-advised funding cuts.
