JOHANNESBURG - Chief Justice Mandisa Maya says South Africa’s judiciary is a neglected arm of the state.
Maya is warning that systemic hurdles in the judiciary impede the delivery of justice, and the neglect has now become deadly.
The chief justice also says the judiciary is yet to attain full independence.
