JOHANNESBURG - The Council for Medical Schemes is urging medical aids to cap 2026 contribution hikes at CPI.
It says people can't afford higher increases with rising living costs and household budget pressures.
But with 2025 increases overshooting inflation by about 7.1 percentage points, will the industry listen?
