This is after the trial was delayed until Tuesday as the State's witness was unavailable to come to court.

Meanwhile the Meyiwa family says it is not happy with the latest postponement of the trial.

Meyiwa's sister, Nomalanga says that the South African Police Service failed them.

She believes they did not do their job well when her brother died.
