KEMPTON PARK, GP - Kempton Park Hospital has been closed for almost three decades.
But it's still draining millions of rand from the public purse every year - just to be guarded.
While the building crumbles, nearby communities plead for its doors to be reopened, saying they are desperate for proper healthcare in the area.
