Mkhwebane Impeachment | Mpofu's application dismissed
The Public Protector Inquiry has rejected Advocate Dali Mpofu's application for the removal of evidence leaders.
JOHANNESBURG - Section 194 Committee Chairperson, Richard Dyantyi, has dismissed and rejected the application to have evidence leaders removed from the inquiry into suspended Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane.
Mkhwebane’s lawyer, Dali Mpofu, brought the application.
Her grievances include the publishing of the incorrect legal fees of mostly black legal representatives by evidence leaders during the proceedings.
