Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane is back in court, challenging matters related to impeachment proceedings against her.
JOHANNESBURG - Advocate Dali Mpofu has hit back at Section 194 Committee Chairperson, Richard Dyantyi.
Mpofu says the committee is hell-bent on seeing the suspended public protector out of office, without a fair process.
Mkhwebane’s lawyer brought an application to have evidence leaders removed from the inquiry into her fitness to hold office.
However, Committee Chairperson Dyantyi has dismissed the application.
