Modack: Police killed top cop Charl Kinnear

CAPE TOWN - Alleged underworld boss, Nafiz Modack and former Rugby player Zane Kilian have pleaded not guilty to murdering Anti Gang Unit investigator Charl Kinnear.

Kinnear was investigating Modack and broader police corruption when he was gunned down outside his house in September 2020.

Modack and Kilian are in the dock with 13 others facing one hundred and twenty-four charges, including multiple murders, attempted murders, fraud, corruption and money laundering.
