BLOEMFONTEIN - The case against former Free State agricultural officials -- including MEC Mosebenzi Zwane -- has been postponed to January.
The postponement comes a day before a judgment that will be handed down in relation to Nulane Investments involving the Gupta's Iqbal Sharma.
The court will determine whether the NPA has furnished Sharma's legal team with sufficient documents to proceed with the matter.

If the ruling goes against the Guptas, this could potentially delay the Gupta's extradition process.
The case has been transferred to the Bloemfontein High Court.
