JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Conduct Tribunal investigating allegations of sexual harassment against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge is continuing.
Former Judicial Service Commission Secretary, Kutlwano Moretlwe, began testifying yesterday.
Moretlwe, who received the original complaint from Andiswa Mengo in 2022, began testifying on Wednesday.
She said Mengo's initial complaint was misplaced and she was later asked to submit an affidavit.
Moretlwe is expected to continue with her testimony on today (Thursday).
