More revelations in Senzo Meyiwa murder trial

PRETORIA - More startling revelations have been made in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.

This as the cross-examination of police officer Sizwe Zungu continues.

He told the court that the now Deputy Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya was involved in the probe.

But at the time, Sibiya had been fired from the Hawks and was out of office for four years already.

The former Gauteng Hawks Head had repeatedly told media he was not involved in the case.

Zungu has placed all five of the accused in a Vosloorus hostel on the night of the murder.

Next month will mark nine years since the soccer star was killed at his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s Vosloorus house.
