JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng residents can expect more thunderstorms on Wednesday afternoon.
Thunderstorms hit the East Rand and southern parts of Johannesburg on Tuesday.
Vehicles got stuck on the roads in Alberton following heavy downpours.
The South African Weather Service insists it was a normal thunderstorm that didn't warrant a warning alert.
Meanwhile, a level two alert has been issued for KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga.
