JOHANNESBURG - Johannesburg mayor, Dada Morero has promised parliament, that he will get on top of the city's water problems.
He has updated the water and sanitation portfolio committee, on how he plans to restore reliable supply to Johannesburg residents.

Crumbling infrastructure has been a major issue, leading non-revenue water losses, through leaks and illegal connections.
Residents of Westbury and Coronationville have been protesting the lack of supply, accusing the mayor Morero of breaking his promise to restore water within seven days.
