KWAZULU-NATAL - The people of Msunduzi are demanding that officials take responsibility for the declining condition of the KwaZulu-Natal municipality, or step down.
A group of residents demonstrated against power outages, failing water infrastructure and other service shortfalls.
They are also outraged by proposed tariff hikes.
