JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's municipalities are under fire for poor financial management.
Last week President Cyril Ramaphosa warned that councils must urgently improve their audit outcomes.
His warning comes after the Auditor General revealed that just 41 out of the country's 257 municipalities achieved clean audits in the past year.
But, experts say integrated reporting could offer a way forward.
