JOHANNESBURG - The court is to deliver its judgment in the trial of paediatric surgeon, Peter Beale.
He faces three charges of murder, relating to the deaths of children he operated on.
He is also charged with two counts of fraud, linked to medical procedures that contributed to the deaths.
Beale was arrested in 2019 on a culpable homicide charge, but this was later changed to murder and fraud.
His trial has been plagued by numerous delays.
