MPUMALANGA - Former Mpumalanga premier Refilwe Mtsweni-Tsipane is the new chairperson of the National Council of Provinces.
She was elected unopposed earlier, succeeding Amos Masondo.
Mtsweni-Tsipane says she will execute her duties in line with the constitution.
