Nelson Mandela Bay | 'Planned changes politically motivated': Mayor

GQEBERHA - Nelson Mandela Bay Mayor, Retief Odendaal says proposed changes to the metro's governance system are politically motivated.

Eastern Cape Cooperative Governance MEC, Zolile Williams proposed the changes earlier in December.

The mayor and the DA approached the courts to stop their implementation.

In addition, the High Court in Gqeberha has ruled in their favour.
