JOHANNESBURG - Gautrain passengers could be left stranded if Numsa members go on strike.

There's a deadlock in wage negotiations between Gautrain management and the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa.

Though an 8-percent wage increase has been agreed on, other issues have arisen.

They include management's decision to take away staff Gautrain cards, which they use to and from work.
