PAC 'grateful' for success of JHB speaker no-confidence motion

JOHANNESBURG - PAC president, Mzwanele Nyhontso says they are grateful that their motion to remove the Johannesburg City Council Speaker succeeded.

The PAC in Johannesburg led the vote of no confidence in Vasco da Gama on Thursday night.

Its motion was backed by the ANC and other parties.

Nyhontso said, "we are very grateful that the motion has succeeded and it goes back to what we have been saying that we are back as political players in this country, as the PAC."
