PAC opens criminal case after Robert Sobukwe gravesite vandalised

JOHANNESBURG - The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) has opened a criminal case after gravesite of their founding president, Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe, was vandalised.

In a statement on Wednesday the PAC condemned this act calling it disgraceful.

The political party said this was done intentionally.

“The PAC views this act not merely as vandalism, but as a deliberate and calculated attempt to tarnish the name, legacy, and enduring contribution of Sobukwe.

“These acts of desperation, driven by insurgence forces seeking to sow division and confusion, will not succeed,” they said.

The PAC has called on a swift action in this matter and transparent investigation to ensure that those responsible are identified and brought to justice.
