DURBAN - eThekwini is a hive of political activity this weekend, with parties taking their campaigns to the streets ahead of the local government elections.
The EFF is holding its KwaZulu-Natal manifesto launch in Inanda, an area where the MK Party has a stronghold.
The launch is scheduled for JL Dube Stadium, the same venue where media personality Ngizwe Mchunu is hosting a free-entry maskanda concert.
Supporters of the EFF and Mchunu clashed on Friday, which led to police intervention.
Meanwhile, the ANC is continuing to campaign in the province.
And on Sunday, the IFP will launch its election manifesto at Princess Magogo Stadium in KwaMashu.
