JOHANNESBURG - 'If you are tired of empty promises, choose the IFP.'
That's the message from party leader Velenkosini Hlabisa.
Hlabisa closed the IFP election campaign in Ulundi, ahead of Wednesday's elections.
"‘They are tired of failed service deliveries, of dry taps, broken roads, unreliable electricity, uncollected refuse, dark streets and municipal offices that do not respond, tired of seeing the country moving backwards.
"Through our campaign we had something profound and encouraging. Beneath the anger and disappointment, there’s hope. People have not stopped believing that SA can do better, asking for a government that works, leadership that serves and a future that children can look forward to and inherit."
