CAPE TOWN - At least 400 people have been displaced after a fire gutted more than 100 structures in Phola Park in Philippi.
It's the second fire in a week, with the first leaving over 700 people homeless.
Humanitarian group Gift of the Givers says the flare-up was close to where its teams were distributing aid.
