JOHANNESBURG - Police have dispersed looting targeting foreign-owned shops in Estcourt, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
Authorities said they've restored calm with no injuries reported.
A meeting between the mayor, police and shop owners has been organised to address tensions and seek a lasting solution.

Earlier, shop owners in and around Estcourt had been forced to shut their businesses amid the protests.
Unconfirmed reports said groups of locals swept through Estcourt, looting shops owned by foreign nationals.
At least six shops were reportedly hit.
