JOHANNESBURG - Tensions are rising in the City of Johannesburg.
A motion of no confidence in Mayor Dada Morero is officially on the agenda for next week and it doesn’t stop there.

The Speaker of council, Nobuhle Mthembu, and the Chief Whip, Sithembiso Zungu, are also facing motions, approved by the city’s programming committee.
The Democratic Alliance, which filed the motions against both the mayor and the chief whip, says the city’s leadership has failed to deliver services and lost the trust of residents.
