PRETORIA - Lawyers for Hoërskool Waterkloof pupils are threatening further legal action if delays in the arbitration process against the school principal continue.
The principal is on suspension, facing six charges of misconduct and the victims are desperate to see the end of the case.
They accuse the Gauteng Education Department of procedural failures allowing sensitive information to be leaked.
