Prison stabbing | Inmates attack three officials

JOHANNESBURG - Two inmates attacked and stabbed three prison officials at the St Albans Correctional Centre in Gqeberha on Wednesday morning.

Correctional Services says it will be taking action against them.

It adds that a full internal investigation will take place.

The department's spokesperson Singabakho Nxumalo says no form of assault will be tolerated.

"The officials were treated, one has been discharged," he said.
