Providing safe scholar transport in focus

DURBAN - Scholar transport is once again in focus after a horrific crash that killed 18 pupils and two adults in uPhongolo in KwaZulu-Natal.

The province's transport committee chairperson, Vusi Dube says truck drivers must respect the rules of the road.

He says building bridges in communities will assist in curbing road accidents.
