JOHANNESBURG - Two pupils and their driver escaped injury after their vehicle caught fire in Vosloorus on Thursday morning.
The minibus burst into flames while travelling in Extension 7.
Firefighters from Ekurhuleni EMS responded to the call just after 6am.
The two children aged 6 and 10 and the driver managed to get out in time. They escaped without injuries.
Officials believe a mechanical or electrical fault in the engine caused the fire.
