JOHANNESBURG - A forensic probe by PwC has revealed major procurement irregularities in a R800-million oxygen plant tender handled by the Independent Development Trust.
The findings were released by the Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure as part of his ongoing efforts to restore oversight and accountability.
