Hundreds of people travelled to Dutywa to witness the launch of a programme aimed at providing sustainable support, improving service delivery and accelerating rural development.

The department has set aside a whopping R2 billion for the programme aimed at helping the community.

Of the R2 billion investment, R500 million will go towards the Land Bank, to ensure that those who need funding can apply for loans.
