JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is consulting with various stakeholders and the powers that be on the damning Phala Phala report. That is the word from his spokesperson, Vincent Magwenya.

This is as pressure mounts for the president to step down.

Asked if President Cyril Ramaphosa will resign Magwenya says it's not about what option best suits the president, but rather a course of action that is in the best interest of the country.

The independent panel report into the theft on Ramaphosa’s farm has sparked public scrutiny.
