JOHANNESBURG - Attorney for the Presidency, Geoff Budlender, says that President Cyril Ramaphosa has no conflict of interest for his reason for suspending Public Protector Busisiswe Mkhwebane.

Mkhwebane is in the Constitutional Court fighting to regain her job.

She says her aim is to finish her term in office.
