Ramaphosa: My conscience is clear on Phala Phala

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa says his conscience is clear when it comes to the Phala Phala farm robbery.

He was responding to a question about the taxman's case against Hazim Mustafa.

The businessman says he handed over $580,000 in cash to Ramaphosa's farm manager in 2019.

That money was then stolen, sparking questions about why it was not declared.

Sars maintains Mustafa failed to properly declare the money when entering South Africa.
