Ramaphosa: Power cuts causing havoc in SA
JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa says South Africa is experiencing an energy crisis.
He says power cuts are causing havoc in the lives of many South Africans lives and the economy.
Ramaphosa was delivering the keynote address at the Heritage Celebrations at the Union Buildings.
Rolling blackouts have been reduced to Stage 4 until Sunday morning.
Stage 3 will begin at 5 am, and will likely continue for the rest of the week.
