Ramaphosa sets agenda to tackle SA's key issues

MORULENG, NW  -  President Cyril Ramaphosa vowed to address the country’s unemployment crisis.

Speaking at the ANC’s January 8 Statement in the North West, Ramaphosa outlined the party’s key priorities.

He said he will tackle unemployment by creating jobs and expanding economic opportunities, as levels remain high in South Africa.

Fighting violent crime and gender-based violence remains one of the ANC’s top priorities this year.

Ramaphosa says stronger community mobilisation, effective policing, and the use of intelligence and technology will help curb crime, gender-based violence and femicide.
