Remembering Zahara | Minister Kodwa wants artists educated, protected

EAST LONDON - More needs to be done to protect and educate local artists.

That was the message from Arts and Culture Minister Zizi Kodwa at the funeral of Bulelwa ‘Zahara’ Mkutukana.

Family, friends and artists gathered to pay their respects to the muso in her home town of East London.

The 'Loliwe' hitmaker died earlier this month following a battle with liver disease.
