JOHANNESBURG - The Human Rights Commission hopes to have a court date soon, so that DA member Renaldo Gouws can defend his racial comments in the Equality Court.
He is being hauled there after a video of him went viral.
In the video, he calls for black people to be killed.
Human Rights Commissioner, Dr Eileen Carter, says Gouws also broke his oath.
