UMLAZI - The Public Servants Association in KZN is picketing outside the Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in Umlazi.
The union says a prolonged water outage is putting patients' lives at risk.
They are unable to bathe or flush overflowing toilets.
PSA blames management for the poor state of the facility.
It says the Intensive Care Unit is struggling with broken air conditioners.
