CAPE TOWN - Prasa may ask the courts for yet more time to relocate people living on the Langa railway line.

They were meant to have been moved by the end of November.

The City of Cape Town says the Housing Development Agency's application for basic services was rejected because the agency does not have proof of ownership of the land it’s secured.

But the housing agency blames the city for the delays and says it does not need proof of ownership for a temporary relocation.
