QONCE, EC - Dilapidated infrastructure is one of the reasons why residents in Makana Eastern Cape continue to experience water problems.
Makaya Dungu from the Makana Local Municipality spoke with eNCA on Monday.
According to Dungu some of the infrastructure is over 20 years old.
