TSHWANE - While disgruntled Soshanguve residents go without water for weeks, the local councillor has slammed the Democratic Alliance for failing to deliver this basic service.

The community says it's concerns have fallen on deaf ears.

According to the city, the recent shortage is the result of increased water use.
