SA's youth is ready to lead: Motlanthe

JOHANNESBURG - Former President, Kgalema Motlanthe, says the country's youth are ready to lead.

His foundation is hosting a two-day youth programme for high school pupils in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Some of the subjects include process and innovative thinking, storytelling, music and AI.

He said, "well, it's very important tomorrow belongs to young people. The notion of young people not being ready to lead is without any basis. Young people are ready the only point is that they must be given responsibility... they question... so that they are equal to the challenges of today."
