JOHANNESBURG - Stuart Scharnick alleges Crime Intelligence are behind Sindiso Magaqa's assassination.
Scharnick, who is believed to be suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya's bodyguard, was named at the Madlanga Commission on Tuesday.
He is linked to a white Toyota Hilux Sibiya is often seen driving.

Scharnick is linked to 34 cases and says he fears for his life
He was found guilty on 18 of them, 11 were withdrawn and five he was found not guilty.
However, Scharnick says he has paid for his crimes and denies being Sibiya's personal protector.
