Search continues for missing KZN flood victims

DURBAN - The death toll in the KwaZulu-Natal floods has risen to 11.

Five people died in the eThekwini metro alone.

Search operations are also continuing for two people after their home was washed away in the Tongaat area.

Hundreds of houses have been damaged in several parts of the province.

Heavy rains have also damaged water and electricity infrastructure.

At the same time, beaches have been closed in the north and the south due to water quality concerns.
