JOHANNESBURG - The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) is protesting outside the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) offices.
It's demanding Higher Education Minister Buti Manamela deal with allegations of corruption.
It comes after he placed three SETAs under administration, citing weak oversight and unstable boards.

But concerns are being raised about the administrators he appointed.
They are linked to municipal corruption, have ties to the ANC, and one with long service in the department.
CEO of OUTA Wayne Duvenage says it is one thing to put these SETA's into administration, there has to be lasting changes within the sector.
Additionally, careful consideration needs to be excised when appointing the chairpersons of the board because they hold immense power.
