JOHANNESBURG - Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has a new captain at the helm.
Cabinet has approved Siphamandla Mthethwa's appointment of as the state-owned airport operator’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Mthethwa, a Chartered Accountant, is no stranger to the company.

He previously served as Acsa's Chief Financial Officer, steering the aviation giant through its toughest financial storm during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mthethwa takes over a business firmly in recovery with ACSA recently celebrating a landmark net profit of just over R1billion.
His tenure comes into effect on 1 November.
